Well, just a bit of English yet!

Lotus Evora (not ours, of course) at Devils Backbone Brewing Company, Nelson County, Virginia. I was surprised to hear the driver say it only weighed 2,000 pounds. Photo by blogger's husband.

Boswell Tavern, Louisa Virginia

Boswell Tavern is located at the early formed Zions Crossroads in the late 1700s. This tavern was a welcome sight to weary travelers from all corners of Virginia.
We took these pictures this past Sunday. Unfortunately for history this once beautiful tavern is in dire need of lots of repair and restoration.
The following site is the newly formed The Journey Through Hallowed Grounds of important historical sites along Route 15 in west central Virginia.

Main Street, Louisa, VA..They don't make them like this anymore!

Old Rexall Drugs sign on Main Street in Louisa, Virginia. I wonder how old the sign is? I am sure it is fast becoming a relic of the past of any Main Street anywhere in the USA.

Today's journey shows a few photos from US Route 40, also known as the National Historic Road. We are going through Richmond, Indiana on this route. It pretty much runs parallet to boring I-70.
